1. Information We Process
1.1 Screen Time Data
UnlockFit uses Apple's Screen Time API to:
- Monitor app usage time on your device
- Display app usage statistics
- Apply restrictions you set
Important: All this data is processed exclusively on your device and never leaves it.
1.2 Exercise Data
The app tracks:
- Number of exercises completed
- Exercise completion time
- App unlock statistics
This data is stored locally on your device to display your progress.

- Selected apps for blocking
- Set time limits
- Personal interface preferences
2. How We Use Information
All data is used exclusively for app functionality:
- Displaying app usage statistics
- Blocking apps when limits are exceeded
- Tracking exercise progress
- Providing unlock capability through exercises
3. Data Storage
All data is stored locally:
- Data is saved in iOS secure storage (App Groups)
- Data is accessible only to UnlockFit and its extensions
- Data is not synced via iCloud or other cloud services
- Data is automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled
4. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties. However, for subscription management, we use RevenueCat, which processes anonymous purchase data. UnlockFit:
- Does not collect analytics data
- Does not use advertising networks
- Does not integrate with social networks
- Uses RevenueCat only for managing subscriptions (see section 4.5)
- Does not send your Screen Time or exercise data to external servers
4.5 Payment Processing (RevenueCat)
For subscription management, we use RevenueCat, a third-party service that processes in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect:
- Anonymous user ID (generated automatically)
- Purchase transaction data
- Subscription status
Important: RevenueCat does not have access to your Screen Time data, exercise data, or any personal information. It only processes subscription-related information necessary for managing your premium access.

5. App Permissions
UnlockFit requests the following permissions:
5.1 Screen Time (Required)
Necessary for the core functionality of the app — monitoring and managing screen time.
5.2 Family Controls (Required)
Used to block selected apps and display the shield screen.
All permissions are used exclusively to provide the stated app features.
6. Security
We implement the following security measures:
- Use of secure APIs from Apple (FamilyControls, Screen Time)
- Data storage in isolated app sandbox
- No network connections for personal data transmission
- Data protection using iOS encryption
7. User Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Access: All data is accessible in the app interface
- Deletion: You can delete all data by uninstalling the app
- Modification: Settings can be changed at any time in the app
8. Children
UnlockFit can be used by individuals of any age. Since we do not collect personal data, the app is safe for children to use. Parents are advised to supervise their children's use of the app.
9. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes through:
- Update of the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document
- In-app notification on first launch after update

UnlockFit complies with:
- Apple App Store Review Guidelines
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
- COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
11. Subscription Information
11.1 Premium Subscription
UnlockFit offers premium subscriptions with the following features:
- Monthly Subscription: $3.99/month
- Annual Subscription: $29.99/year (37% savings)
Both subscriptions include a 3-day free trial.
11.2 Subscription Terms
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
11.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select UnlockFit
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.
11.4 Payment Data
All payment processing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your credit card information. Your payment details are managed by Apple according to their privacy policy.
